Free tracked shipping on every bundle
Every parcel is tracked, and every bra bundle ships free. UK only: the 3-bra bundle ships for £2.99, and 6+ bras ship free. A wash net ordered on its own ships for $2.99, £2.99 or €2.99 (CA$3.99, A$4.49, NZ$4.99). Your exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Your shipping confirmation includes a tracking link.
Delivery estimates after dispatch
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days. United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU: 7–15 business days. Other destinations: 7–30 business days. Customs, holidays and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking and split parcels
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate tracked parcels from our fulfillment partners.
Wrong address, damage or loss
Contact us immediately if an address needs changing before dispatch. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo where applicable; we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
